Healthyhabitzest began with a simple observation: female athletes were underserved by generic nutrition advice designed for everyone—not optimized for women's unique physiological and performance needs.
Our founders, all experienced in sports science and nutrition coaching, recognized that training hard meant nothing without fueling smart. They connected with athletes across Finland who struggled to find practical, trustworthy guidance that respected their individuality.

Katja has an advanced background in sports nutrition and has worked with elite female athletes for over a decade. Her evidence-based approach and athlete-first mindset guide all our nutrition planning protocols. When not crafting meal strategies, she coaches endurance runners and believes proper fueling changes everything.
